Hello, I'm Bri!
I grew up in New Jersey following in my mom's shadow as a little girl in her bagel shop and deli! We made the move to NH during my freshman year of High School and shortly thereafter I got my first job at a local convenience store and deli where I soon was promoted to manager. From there I went on to earn my associate's degree in culinary arts and experienced different jobs in the culinary field: Nursing homes, upscale delis, and schools.
During my second year of culinary school, I decided to start my own business offering catering and making canned goods to sell at local farmers' markets.
Now we have moved off grid on over 120 acres where we grow much of our own food, support local, and can live a simpler life with our goats, chickens, dogs, rabbits, and nature! We use the foods we grow and the wild berries on the land to make delicious canned goods and grow my business larger each year!
I've been with the Abbey Group a few years in total throughout my traveling and I found myself back with them 2 years ago as a cook in Hartford School District and was promoted to Director last February. I am so overjoyed to say I'm a part of the Abbey family where they are nothing but supportive, helpful, and caring!
